Healthcare Infrastructure
The backbone of the group: a pharmacist-led fulfilment network and the operating companies that keep medication moving — and patients cared for — across South East Asia.
ThreeWoods Capital is a private investment holding company focused on healthcare infrastructure, digital health and sustainable communities across Southeast Asia.
We are built for the long term.
We concentrate capital in a small number of businesses, partner with exceptional operators, and measure outcomes in decades rather than quarters.
Inspired by 森 — the character for “forest,” formed from three trees — our name reflects independent enterprises connected by a common foundation of discipline, patience, and stewardship.
Our focus spans healthcare and sustainable development.
We build and hold across the systems that decide how Southeast Asia stays well — and how it grows.

The intelligence layer. We invest in connected dispensing, predictive health data and the digital infrastructure that turns fragmented care into a single, accountable platform — linking every health stakeholder on one system.
We back the systems that sustain life and encourage food production.
From agriculture to health, we invest where societal value and long-term returns are inseparable.
Growing legacy systems that flourish in time.
We invest with a multi-decade horizon, building businesses and assets designed to endure beyond market cycles.
We focus on platforms that reshape how industries function, creating structural value through data, networks and ecosystem leadership.
We partner with exceptional operators who are closest to the problem. We provide capital, perspective and stewardship while they lead execution.

"We back roots, not headlines — patient capital, operator-led, built to compound."
That feels like capital.
